Terms and conditions of competition

No purchase necessary, all three winners will be informed of winning a prize 14 days after the closing date of the competition. All vouchers will be sent in the mail. If vouchers will be lost or stolen, Juice Powerhouse, their employees, including their directors will not accept any responsibility what so ever. JPH will send vouchers by registered post. The third prize will be sent to its winner by a preferred carrier service chosen and paid for by JPH. The third prize winner will be notified of arrival date by mail and/or email at least five working days in advance of despatch. If dispatcher will not find anyone at the address at the time of delivery the prize will be returned to JPH. However, this prize can still be collected at our offices in London within 60 days of the initial notification date by booking an appointment at least five working days before collection. JPH will not accept any responsibility for any damages occurring to the prizes during deliveries. All prizes must be collected or/and received within 60 days of notification. Employees and the directors of JPH cannot enter into this competition including their friends, relatives or other wise persons known to them.
Judges will be chosen at the discretion of the directors of JPH to evaluate the stories/ fairytales in order to select a winner. JPH will reserve the right to use every story/fairytale submitted in whole or in part for promotional and/or advertising purposes in any media form it chooses domestically or world wide without any remittance, payment or royalty to be fortified to its creator. If from the result of using such material JPH will decide to acknowledge its creator it will be at JPH's own discretion. The stories/fairytales submitted are purely for the aim of winning a prize in this competition. If the winner is a minor, under the age of 18 years, his/her parents or minders must confirm in writing to JPH after the notification of winnings, that they are in favor of receiving such a prize from JPH for and on behalf of any minor they are responsible for financially or otherwise. JPH reserves the right to make any changes to the terms and conditions of this competition.
